• Au Danemark, nous avons découvert une expérience très réussie de reskilling à l’échelle, portée par State of Green, une organisation à but non lucratif issue d’un partenariat public-privé. Un port qui était majoritairement dédié à l’énergie fossile est devenu le port européen de référence en matière d’énergies renouvelables. Pour opérer cette transition verte, 8 000 personnes travaillant dans 200 entreprises différentes ont dû acquérir de nouvelles compétences.
• Enfin, au Japon, où la population est vieillissante et est amenée à travailler plus longtemps, tout l’enjeu est de s’assurer que les travailleurs disposent des bonnes compétences pour être encore capables de travailler à 70 ans. C’est pourquoi une formation sélective est proposée dès 55 ans, si les Japonais veulent travailler au-delà de 60 ans. L’objectif de cette formation est de les aider à développer de nouvelles compétences en fonction des besoins de recrutement.
• hez Toyota, on s’est rendu compte que des ingénieurs experts des moteurs thermiques étaient aussi excellents pour travailler sur les véhicules électriques. L’entreprise a donc mis en place des dispositifs de mentorat
• Les RH peuvent se baser sur des outils d’IA pour créer des référentiels dynamiques de compétences, en agrégeant des données : informations du CV, bilans de projets sur lesquels la personne a travaillé, comptes-rendus d’entretiens avec le manager, Peer Review (ce que les collègues d’un salarié disent de lui).
• Le gros challenge des entreprises aujourd’hui est de mettre leurs datas RH à jour. Tant que ce n’est pas le cas, elles ne peuvent pas déployer d’outils IA pour bâtir ces référentiels de compétences.

• Le domaine de l'IA dans son ensemble est plus avancé que nos efforts en matière d'interprétabilité et progresse lui-même très rapidement. Nous devons donc agir vite si nous voulons que l'interprétabilité mûrisse suffisamment pour avoir de l'importance ».
• Selon lui, l'opacité des LLM est une caractéristique technique normale et la recherche en interprétabilité progresse, sans qu'aucun comportement dangereux n'ait été observé en conditions réelles.
